8 Week - 16 session training program was created by our team of Exercise Physiologists to help soccer players improve speed, agility, strength, stamina, footwork, and power.
A training schedule of 2 days per week with set days and times will be organized after try-outs. Athletes must be at least 8 years old and 56 inches tall to participate
